In our trainings we teach and train about the cultural dimensions, which give you a real insight in the mind of 'other' people. We will give you the tools how to handle effectively. We can make use of card games to learn do's and don'ts in a pleasant way. Knowing all about intercultural communication, you will be able to function in a far more pro-active and professional way.
After our training you will be more cultural aware and your cultural sensitivity will have grown. You will also have insights and skills how to handle cultural situations in which cultural differences might be a problem.
Of course we customize training as well as coaching to our clients needs.
During coaching the focus is on clients personal needs.
Good group size is 8 - 12 people
